What is your special benefit over other Italian and Europe luxury car rental companies?
GT Rent Luxury Car Hire's goal is to provide more than a luxury vehicle. We deliver the special luxurious driving experience you are looking for. We understand that from the minute you contact us till the end of your holiday / business trip, you want to feel that you are in good hands. Our aim is that you will receive full attention to your needs with paying the maximum attention to small details that make a huge difference.

Have you other services except luxury Europe and Italy car rental?
We provide other complementary vip services such as airport pick up, helicopter rental, yacht charter hire, vip protection service , chouffeur service, gt tour in supercar and more. We have a nice blend of these services in what we call “GT Luxury Packages ”. Please review our VIP Service and GT Luxury Packages sections.

Do you provide a long term car rental service?
We provides long-term rental of luxury and sports cars. Fill in info request form on our website and one of our customer service representative will contact you for further assistance. The rates and limitations displayed on the website are not applicable to the long term rent. Choose Long Term Rent option in our Special Request form and we will be back with possible offers.

Are the GT Luxury Packages and VIP Services available anywhere?
Not anywhere. We have most of our services in all major cities in Italy and south Europe , however, some services (like yacht charter, test drives...) are not available in all destinations. However, most of our services are Europe-wide.

Do you provide a one-way rental service?
We can deliver or collect the car anywhere you want in all Italy and Europe. Delivery and collection charges  apply. Charges will be displayed before you confirm your reservation. You can rent car in Milan Airport and return it in Paris but it  affect total cost of your rental. GT Rent  currently rents luxury vehicles in Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Monaco, Spain and France. If you wish to hire car in other countries fill in our Info Request form and our customer service will contact you with additional information.

Can I pick up and return my car at the airport or hotel?
Car can be collected or returned on any location covered by GT Rent services, including hotels and airports. For some airports additional fees may apply.

What documents I need to provide to rent a car?
To rent a luxury car, you need to provide a copy or a photo of your Driving license valid for Italy, Passport and/or your national ID (International Driving Permit is required if your Driving license is printed on non-English (latin) alphabet) , credit card and billing address for an individual + business name and VAT number for companies.To collect your vehicle, in addition to the documents specified, you will also need to provide the same credit card(s) you’ve used to complete your reservation online

How old do I have to be to rent a car?
Minimum age requirements are different for each vehicle and minimum required age can go from 19 to 25. The age limit requirement will be clearly displayed before you confirm your reservation.If you don’t meet age requirements for a specific vehicle, and you’re over 19, contact us and we’ll let you know about your rental options. Keep in mind that is highly unlikely that we will rent fast sports cars to an inexperienced driver. But if you wish to rent Lamborghini Huracan  we might consider your driving experience.

Can I rent a car for a couple of hours?
The minimum rental period is 1 day (24hrs). If you would like to return a car in less than 24 hours, contact our customer service for further assistance.

How much is the security deposit?
The amount of required security deposit ( deductible) is specified for each vehicle and is calculated at 25% of the car's value. Security deposit is 100% refundable, except in situations specified in terms and conditions.You can reduce the security deposit (reduced deductible) by purchasing an additional insurance specified for each vehicle at a daily cost.For example the security deposit for the rental of Performance cars car like the Lamborghini Huracan Lp610-4,  the value of the car is  240,000 euros > 25% = 60,000 security deposit ( deductible) . If you purchase the additional daily insurance the security deposit will be reduced to € 15,000 ( Reduct Deductible)

Can I give security deposit in cash?
No. You have to provide a valid credit card for security deposit authorization.

What is the excess fee?
This is the amount up to which the supplier will charge, if there is damage to their vehicle. Costs that exceeds this amount are covered by insurance except for the serious non-insurable facts. Insurance policy is stated for each vehicle listed on GT Rent. Be sure to read it carefully before you confirm your booking.

What is your mileage/kilometer policy?
Number of included kilometer per day is stated for each vehicle. Before you confirm your booking check the total amount. If you need additional kilometers we recommend to buy it before you complete your reservation. Postpaid price can be significantly higher.

How do I cancel my reservation?
Reservation can be cancelled at any time within 10 days from the rental date. To cancel your reservation contact us via email or phone. You receive a total refund or be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy. Service fee including Processing fee is not refundable.

What about the Cancellation policy?
> Until 10 days before rental: 0%
> Between 10 days and 72 hours before rental: 50%
> Less thank 72 hours before rental: 100%
> No show/refusal: 100%
