I understand your concerns, which are similar to those we feel ourselves when delivering one of our luxury cars. To reserve and "block" the car, an advance payment is required via bank transfer or credit card. If you prefer to pay the rental in cash, the security deposit must be paid in advance. If you wish to make both the rental payment and the security deposit at the time of pick-up at one of our locations, where the car is located, this is possible, but we cannot ensure the availability of the car if, in the meantime, it is booked or requested by another customer. For the home delivery service, advance payment becomes mandatory; we cannot start the delivery without having received the rental payment or the security deposit.
